From a young age, selling drawings, bracelets, cookies and even security cameras taught me that business is about more than just making money. As I grew up, I began to understand the real value of ethics in entrepreneurship and how technology can help small businesses grow.

In Latin America, these small enterprises are the true economic heart of our towns and communities, often struggling to keep up with rapid technological changes.

My perspective comes from watching the talented women around me; skilled craftswomen who create incredible things but feel overwhelmed by complicated paperwork and digital challenges. These women have amazing skills and the ability to build strong local communities, but administrative barriers stop them from expanding their businesses. I saw how complex systems and technical jargon can hold back entrepreneurs who just want to do good work.

This experience showed me that with the right support, we could help these businesses overcome their challenges.
